Shane Richards of Canberra AUSTRALIA Loves all things F-body! Through his experience, Southern Classics was born as an aid to all enthusiasts needing parts, accessories, or just good, solid advice to restore their cars.

We have been buying and selling 67-73 Camaro and 1967-81 Firebird/Trans Am Cars and parts in Australia for 25 years. Additionally, we have owned many rare cars including Z/28's , RS/SS 350 & 396, RAIII 70 Trans Am ,Firebird 400 & and the cutaway Double Header 69 RS/SS that is now owned by CHQ Reproductions in Athens, Georgia, U.S.A. We are also starting to expand into 64-70 GTO and lots of other Pontiacs of that era. We have good turnover of both Pontiac and Chevrolet engines and transmissions. there are some runners but mostly cores for rebuild.

If you need a rare or NOS part, we can source it for you. Everyone knows how much these cars are worth now and the original parts for them are still available.

If you are looking at buying a car, we can do a valuation on it, decode the trim tag and part #'s to see if... for example it is a genuine Z/28 ,Pace Car, etc....nothing worse than paying top dollar for a fake/clone car that was misrepresented as genuine.

We also have many second hand spare parts in our extensive inventory in stock from cars we have parted in the past and sources in the U.S.A. If you need a specific second hand part just contact us and we will ship it out to you or make arrangements for you to pick the item up.

We do have Camaros & Firebirds for sale in our inventory. We also offer a brokerage service on a commission basis for people who are looking to sell a 1967 - 1973 Camaro or Firebird.  We will find a buyer for your car and charge a small commission fee.

Thank you for checking out our site!
We hope we can help you find that part you desperately need or the car of your dreams!
